Venus Medspa is a  located in McAllen, Texas. We first opened our doors in 2006, and we have been blessed to be serving the Rio Grande Valley ever since.  We continue to grow by staying up to date with the latest aesthetic procedures and equipment. We pride ourselves in offering our clients an opportunity to enhance their beauty and wellness.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We have a No Refund Policy, however you may exchange for a different service or product. 

​

Cancellation Policy: 

All will agree; time is our most valuable asset. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment, or 48 hours notice in the case of packages. This gives us time to schedule another client. Late cancellations  and "No Shows" will be charged $25 for 30 minute appointments or $50 for 1 hour appointments. Prepaid sessions will be forfeited for any no shows.  All scheduled appointments must be prepaid or have a valid credit card on file, in case of late cancellation or no-shows.

Punctuality:

It is very important to be on time for your scheduled appointment. In order for clients to remain on schedule, we may be required to shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment, in which case the full value of your treatment will be applied. Your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and by our clients.

Children:

To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Spa unless they are scheduled for treatments. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Prices:

Like life, prices are subject to change without notice. Purchases previously made may not be exchanged with new or old promotions. Once purchased, those are the locked/contract purchase  price for the amount purchased.
